The Kimball Group, a premier Independent Insurance Agency in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a thorough, responsible, customer-centered agent to join our team as we serve our amazing and ever-growing family of clients. Representing over 30 top-rated carriers, we are dedicated to educating and servicing the property and casualty insurance needs of a diverse group of individuals and businesses, from affluent clients to first time homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and maintain relationships with an established book of clients, identifying and meeting their insurance needs and generating referrals

• Communicate accurate information promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, and team members

• Provide excellent customer service including, but not limited to reviewing renewals, answering inquiries, processing changes, checking on claims, and following up with clients

• Educate clients about insurance options and market additional products and services when appropriate or applicable

• Provide support to team members as needed

Compensation

• $40k - $60k Starting Annual Salary (based on experience) + Commission

Experience

• Proven success in a customer facing role

• 5+ years insurance sales or insurance account management (preferred)
